Return, Exchange, and Warranty Policies

The policies below apply to parts ordered through Cooling Tower World only:

• Baltimore Aircoil Company cannot be held responsible for any material returned without a copy of the RMA and no returns will be accepted without a RMA. Please fill out the form below to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA).
• Materials can be returned. Return shipping to Baltimore Aircoil Company is your responsibility. There is no restocking fee.
• You will have 20 days after the date of invoice to request a RMA. After the RMA is issued, you have 10 days to return the item.
• Any material to be returned must be received in new condition. If inspection of the returned items reveals the item is not in new condition you will be so notified and credit will not be issued.
• Returns must be accompanied by the RMA. Please send all return materials to:

• There are no exchanges, only returns and new purchases.
• All transactions are final. There are no cancellations after an order is submitted.
